Can I cancel my subscription any time?

• Yes. When you cancel your subscription, you will be able to receive your online coaching until the end of your most recent billing period. If you want to cancel your subscription, just send us a message and it will be canceled immediately.

Can this coaching help beginners as well as advanced players?

• Yes. Both coaches have experience coaching players of all levels and will help you achieve your tennis goals regardless of your current ability.

Are there any specific video formats or length limits?

• Most video formats will be compatible.

• Try to keep your video under 20 minutes.

• Contact us if you are having trouble uploading your video.

Can I ask follow up questions or request additional help?

• We are happy to answer any clarifying questions regarding the feedback.

What is the best angle to shoot my video from?

• For match or point play, we recommend filming from behind the baseline to capture the full court and flow of the rally.
  
  
• For stroke analysis, any angle is acceptable - just make sure the video is clear and steady. The better the video quality and framing, the more effective the feedback will be. 

How long until I receive my coaching and feedback from my video?

• Premium and Ultimate subscribers will receive their feedback within 48 hours.
  
  
• A la carte and starter subscribers will receive their feedback within 72 hours.

Will my video be private?

• Yes your video will be 100% private and will not be shared with anyone besides our coaches at RA Tennis Performance.
